Timeline
- Deadline for proposal submission: 10 January 2019
- Notification of proposal acceptance: 20 February 2019
- Deadline for final abstract submission for those symposia that have been accepted, as well as final details of order of presentations to be submitted by organizer(s): 20 March 2019 and now extended to 30 March 2019
- Notification of final acceptance: 15 April 2019
- Deadline for symposium speakers to register and have paid for meeting: 15 May 2019 (with a minimum 75% of participants registered. other wise symposium will be cancelled)
- Notification of scheduling (date, session, and time): 21 June 2019

- Notification of proposal acceptance: 20 February 2019
- Deadline for final abstract submission for those workshops that have been accepted and these are to be submitted by workshop organizer(s): 20 March 2019 and now extended to 30 March 2019
- Notification of final acceptance: 15 April 2019
- Deadline for organizers/presenters to register and have paid for meeting: 15 May 2019 (with a minimum 75% of organizers and co-organizers registered. otherwise workshop will be cancelled)
- Notification of scheduling (date, session, and time): 21 June 2019

- Call for Oral and poster presentations: 25 January 2019
- Deadline for abstract submission: 20 March 2019 and now extended to 30 March 2019
- Notification of presentation acceptance with no subsequent changes to abstracts: 25 April 2019
- Deadline for presenters to register for meeting: 30 May 2019 (otherwise presentation will be cancelled)
- Notification of scheduling (date, session, and time): 21 June 2019
